The American Land Title Association (ALTA) maintains the ownership record for every piece of land in the country.  Whether a title is transferred among private owners, businesses, or government entities, an ALTA survey provides owners, insurers, and lenders the verification that the deed is consistent, the utilities are aligned, flood plains are regarded, and encroachments are recorded.
 

The included boundary survey will monument the corners, show improvements, compute areas of land and buildings, and provide certification to specific parties. Our knowledge and experience can guide the process.
